The programs, services and supports of the SEED Program are depicted in the concept of a Circle of Success.

The SEED Program’s Circle of Success is derived from three core components. The core components of the Circle of Success are:

  1. The Path To Prosperity – Business Development Program
  2. Individualized Work Program (IWP)
  3. Business Support Services (provided in partnership with The Dream Factory)

The Path To Prosperity - Business Development Program

The exclusive administration of the Path To Prosperity is a core programming component of the SEED Program.  This Business Development Curriculum forms a part of The Circle of Success designed to help Ticketholders accomplish their goal of establishing a successful self-employment enterprise.

The “Path to Prosperity” is a patented, Business Development Curriculum designed to help individuals identify, develop and implement their own Self-Employment Enterprise.  The “Path to Prosperity” is a product of The Mack Tucker Group. The Mack Tucker Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. Patti Mack-Tucker, President of the SEED Program.

This dynamic business development curriculum enables individuals to learn both the “Art and the Science of Business”, while developing their own comprehensive business plan. This course empowers individuals to develop a successful self-employment enterprise. It also guides individuals through the soul-searching process of identifying the best line of business for them to go into and conducting a feasibility study to determine the true market potential of their proposed business.

Many business curriculums are developed with the assumption that a person already knows what they want to do in business. This business empowerment program takes things one step further by helping an individual through the soul-searching process of analyzing their skills and abilities to find where their true passions and highest market potential lie.

Through a patented seven-step process, the “Path To Prosperity” Business Empowerment Curriculum empowers Ticketholders to take a refreshingly unique look at the marketability of different aspects of their life that they might have overlooked in becoming self-employed.

Individualized Work Program (IWP)

The Individualized Work Program  is a core component of the SEED Program. Although the Individualized Work Program encompasses many requirements of the traditional IWP, it exceeds them in many regards.

The Individualized Work Program or IW Program provides not only documentation, but a system of thorough analysis which governs the selection and extent of the services provided to the Ticketholder by the SEED Program.

The IW Program is administered by an IW Coordinator. This IW Coordinator, in accordance with the requirements established by the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Labor, is licensed and trained to provide support services to individuals with disabilities. This IW Coordinator, in conjunction with the Ticketholder establishes the Supports and Services that will be necessary for the development of a successful Self-Employment Enterprise.  This IW Program Coordinator is also responsible for developing an Individual Work Plan (IWP) that is tailored to the specific needs and limitations of the Ticketholders disability diagnosis and any supporting diagnosis or dual diagnosis.

This IWP further delineates the specific goals and outcomes expected at each Milestone of the Ticketholders matriculation through the SEED Program. This IWP finally identifies the necessary long-term and short-term supports necessary for the Ticketholder to establish and maintain success in Self-Employment.

The SEED Program acknowledges that there are some aspects of the SEED Program’s Business Development Curriculum that the Ticketholder may not be able to complete due to their individual limitations and disabilities.  However, these aspects must be completed in order to establish a successful business enterprise.  Toward this end, the SEED Program has established the Supporting Services Division, staffed by Business Development Specialists of the SEED Program to provide the long-term and short-term business supports as delineated by the Ticketholder’s IWP.

The SEED Program is committed to the joint development process with the Ticketholder and Business Support Specialist in every part of the development of the Self-Employment Enterprise.  This commitment to joint development is without regard to severity of the individual Ticketholder’s disability.  This Joint Development Process is established to help the Ticketholder feel the ownership of their individual Self-Employment Enterprise.

Business Support Services

Integrated Business Support Services are the third core component of the SEED Program’s Circle of Success. In order to accomplish this and complete the Circle of Success, SEED has partnered with The Dream Factory, a full-service business consulting firm to provide all necessary supporting business services as outlined by the Individual Work Plan. The Dream Factory is the only authorized retailer of The Mack Tucker Group’s “Path to Prosperity”.

The supporting Programs and Services of Business Support Division are designed around the “Path To Prosperity” Business Development Program.  This relationship between the “Path To Prosperity” and the Services offered by The Dream Factory are depicted in the attached figure .

All Business Support Services provided by the Business Development Specialists are determined and outlined by the IW Program Coordinator.  The Business Development Specialists are committed to the principles of Joint Development as outlined in the IWP.
