The SEED Program, Inc accomplishes its mission of providing Competitive Integrated Employment through four pillars of support. Individual Planning and Career Assessment, Community and Market Research, Financial and Job Development, Workplace and Other Ongoing Supports.

SEED Program, Inc – Four Pillars of Programming Support

Pillar #1 – Individualized Assessment & Career Planning

The Seed Program seeks not only to help individuals increase their earnings and become financially independent.  We also seek to help individuals establish a personal “Career Path” (called a “Financial Path to Prosperity”) for long-term financial success.

Pillar #2 – Community & Market Research

After successfully completing a personal “Career Path”, the second module conducts a comparative Feasibility Analysis on their proposed “Financial Path to Prosperity”. This analysis is designed to help the job seeker determine the most advantageous path to achieve their goal of Financial Independence.

Pillar #3 – Financial & Job Development

The third supporting pillar of Specialized Employment is the implementation of the job seekers desired “Financial Path to Prosperity”.  This implementation is facilitated by cooperation between SEED Program Staff and the job seeker to ensure successful job or business development.

Pillar #4 – Workplace & Other Ongoing Supports

The fourth and final support pillar is the development of the short-term and long-term supports necessary for the program participant to successfully maintain employment or self-employment.
